The sun never sets on honesty!
Updated: Aug 17
It was such a pleasure to interview Ron Carucci for The FCPA Blog & for an upcoming "My Compliance Library" column for Compliance Week, on his new book, To Be Honest: Lead with the Power of Truth, Justice & Purpose, with forward by Jonathan Haidt.
As Ron shares in the intro, the book is designed to “serve as one more arrow in the quiver of courageous leaders who want to use the power of their role and organization to bring about a more honest, fair and purposeful world.” As such, this book serves as a foundational read in our ethics and compliance toolbox (and quiver!).
It’s a fundamental, fun, and inspiring read, enabling everyone in an organization to build “honesty as a muscle,” & the book is broken down into "Four Dimensions of Organizational Honesty,"
1️⃣- Honesty in Identity: Be Who You Say You Are.
2️⃣- Justice in Accountability: Putting Dignity First.
3️⃣- Transparency in Governance: Make Trustworthy Decisions Through Honest Conversations.
4️⃣- Unity Between Groups: Connect Everyone to a Bigger Story.
